  • My Planner is your personal online account for Overseas Adventure Travel. When you register and sign in to My Planner, you can access invoices and air itineraries for upcoming trips 24 hours a day; research, manage, and plan your future travels with your personal Travel Planner; view exclusive Last Minute Travel Deals; find traveling companions; and more. Creating an account also allows you to participate in our Travel Forum, and post unbiased and unedited comments about past trips in our Traveler Reviews.

    You will be taken to a new page where you can fill in your contact information and choose a password. Then click the “Register” button.

    Creating a password:
    • Passwords are case-sensitive
    • Passwords must be between 6-10 characters, and may contain numbers and/or letters
  • You can sign in to My Planner from a variety of places on our website, including the “My Planner” links at the top of every page. You will be prompted to enter your username or email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, click here to recover your password.

    To stay signed in to My Planner, make sure the “Remember Me” box is selected at log-in. Please note: You may be asked to confirm your information again when accessing secure personal information.

  • Privacy is important, and we want to make sure you are comfortable entering your information online. For added security, we may ask you to confirm your information again before displaying any personal information.
  • When the “Remember Me” box is checked, you will remain logged in for 365 days, unless you actively select to sign out. You may be asked to confirm your information again when accessing secure personal information. Please note: When you uncheck “Remember Me,” you will not remain logged in, but if you are a returning user, you will still see your name displayed.
  • This feature is most common when there are multiple accounts for your household. When you click “This Isn’t Me,” all of the cookies, or stored information, for the site will be cleared, returning you to the log-in screen. Log in again with your own email address to restore your My Planner information.
  • If you requested an email to reset your password from our website and haven't received it, please add [email protected] to your email address book. Also, make sure to check your SPAM or Junk filter, as the emails may appear there.
  • If you’re still having trouble registering or signing in to My Planner, you may need to update settings on your device. Review our troubleshooting guide for more information:

    Make sure you are using the latest version of a supported browser:

    • Google Chrome
    • Microsoft Edge
    • Apple Safari

    Make sure the date and time are set correctly on your device:

    • Windows users:

    1. From the Start menu, click “Settings” > “Time & Language” > “Date & time.”
    2. Use the drop-down menu under “Time zone” to choose your preferred time zone.

    • MacOS (Apple) users:

    1. From the Apple menu, click “System Preferences.”
    2. Click the “Date & Time” icon. If the padlock at the bottom of the window is locked, click it and enter an administrator name and password. Select the “Date & Time” tab if it isn't already selected.
    3. Select “Set Date & Time Automatically” to set your date and time according to one of Apple's Network Time Protocol (NTP) servers.
    4. Select the “Time Zone” tab. If the system is unable to determine your location automatically, uncheck “Set time zone automatically using current location” so you can manually set your location. On the world map, select your time zone region. From the “Closest City” drop-down menu, choose the closest city to your location.

    Make sure cookies are enabled on your browser:

    • Google Chrome users:

    1. Click the 3 vertical dots to the right of the URL bar.
    2. Click "Settings."
    3. Click "Privacy and security" in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
    4. Click "Cookies and other site data."
    5. Make sure "Block all cookies (not recommended)” is not checked.

    • Microsoft Edge users:

    1. Click the 3 horizontal dots to the right of the URL bar.
    2. Click "Settings."
    3. Click "Cookies and site permissions" in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
    4. Click "Cookies and site data."
    5. Make sure "Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)” is checked.

    • Safari users:

    1. From the Safari menu, click “Preferences.”
    2. Click the “Security” tab at the top of the screen.
    3. Under “Accept Cookies,” make sure “Always” is checked.

    Clear your cache:

    • Google Chrome users:

    1. Click the 3 vertical dots to the right of the URL bar.
    2. Select "More tools” > "Clear browsing data..."
    3. In the “Advanced” tab, select "All time" from the drop-down menu and then click "Clear data."
    4. Re-start your browser before attempting to log in to My Planner.

    • Microsoft Edge users:

    1. Click the 3 horizontal dots to the right of the URL bar.
    2. Click "Settings."
    3. Click "Privacy, search, and services" in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
    4. Under “Clear browsing data,” click “Choose what to clear.”
    5. Select "All time" from the drop-down menu, check the “Cached images and files” and “Cookies and other site data” check boxes, and then click "Clear data."
    6. Re-start your browser before attempting to log in to My Planner.

    • Safari/MacBook users:

    1. From the Safari menu, click “History” > “Preferences”
    2. Click the “Privacy” tab at the top of the screen.
    3. Click "Remove All Website Data..."
    4. Click "Remove Now" or “Remove All” in the pop-up window that appears.
    5. Re-start your browser before attempting to log in to My Planner.

    • Ipad/Iphone users:

    1. Open the Settings app.
    2. Scroll down until you see “Safari.” Click to access the settings.
    3. Scroll down until you see a link named “Clear History and Website Data.” Click the link.
    4. Exit the Settings app.
    5. Open the Safari app and visit www.gct.com or www.oattravel.com to access My Planner.
